Try this in the morning to give you that boost of energy we all need sometimes.
Ingredients
Strawberries
Bananas
pineapple
Coconut milk (use regular milk as another option)
Method
To be honest it's so simple. Just add all the ingredients in your blender and mix. Serve in a mason jar for that vintage look and pop in a few cut strawberries.
Tip
Frozen strawberries are just as good. Along with it being more convenient, it will also help keep them chilled and thick.
